How To Redeem your FLEX PASS for Tickets:If you purchased a Flex Pass or Flex Subscription Pass, you will have received a confirmation email with your unique Pass Code. You must have this code to redeem your tickets on your pass. If you do not have your code, please call our box office (at phone number below) and we can look it up for you. To redeem your pass, you can use the link in your confirmation email, which will take you to a pass screen displaying the status of your pass first, then you can click ok to continue to move forward with your ticket transaction. Your pass code will automatically apply. Or you can simple follow links on our website to purchase tickets, and during the transaction input your pass code when requested and the pass will then automatically apply to your order. Once you reach the checkout screen where payment is applied, if you have $0 due on your order, you can just click to continue without inputting any credit card information and then print your tickets. If on the other hand you are purchasing additional tickets, you can input your payment and then proceed to ticket printout.

How to Redeem your GIFT CERTIFICATE for Tickets:If you are the lucky recipient of a Gift Certificate, you can just follow links to purchase tickets, and when prompted, input the Gift Certificate code and apply it to your order. The amount will be deducted from the amount due. If you have an amount remaining on your Gift Certificate, you can simply use your code again on a future transaction to apply the remaining amount. The system will store any amount due for you to use in the future. Then proceed forward to complete your ticket purchase. If your order has $0 due, then just skip inputting any credit card payment and click to continue to print out your tickets.

How to Redeem a DISCOUNT COUPON for Tickets:If you have a Discount Coupon code to apply to your ticket purchase, just follow links to purchase tickets and when prompted, input your coupon code and apply it to your order. The amount due for each ticket will be automatically adjusted based on the rules of the coupon code. If by chance the purchase you are making doesn't fit the rules of the code then you will see no change to the amount due. Then proceed forward to complete your purchase with payment.
